Information provided by you – We collect personally identifiable information, such as your name, email address, position, billing number, number of CNPJs, and average monthly transactions, through your completion of forms to download our free content. When submitting applications for open positions at Argo Solutions, information such as name, telephone number, email address, residential address, date of birth, marital status, field of expertise, salary expectations, and a resume file will be collected for necessary analysis. Occasionally, requests for certain information may be made through direct contact from Argo Solutions with users via email or telephone.

Browsing Information – When you visit our Platforms, your browser receives cookies through third-party software, which identify how many times you return to our website, your time spent on our Platforms, and your clicks on our Platforms. Information such as IP address, geographic location, referral source, browser type, language selected for browsing, estimated bandwidth used by you, a record of videos watched, device used for browsing, duration of visit, and pages viewed are also collected anonymously. Information collected through cookies will be managed by third parties, listed in our Cookie Policy below, and may be shared among these group companies for marketing purposes.

Contact History – Here at Argo Solutions, we store information about all contact made with our users, such as content downloaded from our pages and email interactions.

This agreement allows Argo Solutions to use some of your personal information for various purposes.
Your email address is used to send you the material or information you requested when completing the form. It can also be used to send newsletters or email marketing campaigns.
Furthermore, your email address will also be used to notify you of the launch of new free materials. However, you can unsubscribe at any time using the “unsubscribe” option at the bottom of each marketing email sent.
Download data may be disclosed as personal data.

Surveys and statistics, and no personal information will be publicly disclosed unless explicitly authorized.
Argo Solutions employees may occasionally contact you via email or phone to conduct surveys or present job opportunities.

Only Argo Solutions employees will be able to view your personal information. Occasionally, if your information is entered as part of partnerships, the explicitly identified partners will also have access to the information. No personal information may be publicly disclosed.
Argo Solutions also undertakes not to sell, rent, or pass on your information to third parties. The only exception is in cases where this information is required by law. Therefore, Argo Solutions reserves the right to provide data and information about you, including your interactions, if legally requested to do so, and disclosure will be limited to what is required, which is necessary for the company to comply with applicable law, or if you expressly authorize it in other situations.

Furthermore, although we work with best protection and security practices, no web service is 100% guaranteed against hacking, and we cannot be held responsible if this occurs.

By clicking on the social media sharing buttons available on our pages, the user will be publishing the content through their profile on the selected network. Argo Solutions does not have access to users’ logins and passwords on these networks, nor will it publish content on their behalf. However, Argo Solutions is not responsible for the actions, advertisements, and content generated by our business partners and advertising networks, and this Policy does not apply to them, as Argo Solutions does not control them.

User privacy is important to Argo. It is Argo’s policy to respect User privacy regarding any information we may collect and that is required for the use of the tools and features of the Argo Solutions Platforms.

(I) Consent to the Use of Personal Data

This agreement aims to record the free, informed, and unequivocal expression by which the User consents to the processing of their personal data for a specific purpose, in accordance with Law No. 13,709 – General Data Protection Law (LGPD). By using Argo’s services, you expressly consent to our collection, processing, and storage of your data for the purpose of providing Corporate Travel Management and Corporate Expense Management services, as contracted through our Platform. Continued use of the Argo Solutions Platforms will be considered acceptance of our privacy and personal information practices, as well as their respective features and purposes. You are free to refuse our request for personal information, with the understanding that if you do so, you will not be able to use the features and tools of the Argo Solutions Platforms.

(II) Data Collected

Argo Solutions collects, stores, and processes User personal data for the purpose of providing the services listed in this agreement: We collect the data you provide during registration, such as first and last name, full name, email address, cell phone number, position, department, address (street, state, city, zip code), banking information (bank, branch, account), credit card, CPF (Individual Taxpayer Registry), ID (RG), passport, date of birth, frequent flyer, visa, and vaccination cards, geolocation history, among other data optionally provided by the User; We may record and save all data provided in all communications with our team, whether by email, text messages, phone, or any other means; When you submit your payment information, we may collect information about the purchase or transaction. This includes your payment information, such as your credit card information, account and authentication information, and billing information; When you log in to the Argo Solutions Platforms, we will collect your email address for registration purposes, through which we will communicate about the service, Platform updates, promotions, and account management; We record data about your visit to the Platforms through cookies and other tracking technologies, including your IP address and domain name, the version of your browser and your operating system.

Therefore, despite all Argo Solutions’ efforts to protect your information, no transaction conducted over the Internet is completely secure, so Argo Solutions cannot guarantee that the information provided herein is fully protected. Ultimately, the most important part of protecting your information lies with you. You must always keep your antivirus and firewall systems up to date, as well as configure your browsers and operating systems, to prevent unauthorized data and information from being sent over the Internet. See below the protection measures used by Argo Solutions to protect your information and your privacy.

(I) User Password

To ensure that third parties do not have access to the information stored herein, you, as a user of systems offered by Argo Solutions through its Platforms, must choose a personal and non-transferable password, which can and should be changed at any time. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and use of your password.

(II) Personal Information

Personal information voluntarily provided to us by you or your company will be collected in accordance with ethical and legal standards, always adhering to strict security and reliability standards. It will not be disclosed to third parties, but only to employees authorized for the appropriate use of the data, except when required by law, courts, or competent authorities. We may occasionally use cookies to confirm your identity, personalize your access, and track the use of our Platforms, aiming to improve your navigation and functionality.

(III) Other Security Measures

It is your responsibility, the user, to take appropriate precautions to ensure the security of your device and your information, such as, but not limited to, installing antivirus programs, firewalls, and/or other protection tools. The systems used on Argo Platforms in no way affect the original configuration of the devices used to access them, nor the factory settings or those configured by you on the computers you use. We recommend that you use only legal software that does not violate anyone’s property rights and that you regularly update your antivirus and firewall software. Most internet browsers allow you to activate mechanisms at any time to inform you when cookies are activated or to prevent them from being activated, although this may affect the use of some functions of our Platforms. In addition to the security measures mentioned above, after 20 minutes of inactivity on the Argo Solutions systems used by you, these systems will automatically cancel your browsing activity, preventing unauthorized third parties from accessing your information and the activities you are currently performing or have performed if you are away from the computer for an extended period of time.

(IV) Specific Credit Card Information

When using credit cards as a means of payment for any services, it is your responsibility, the User, to take appropriate precautions to ensure the security of your information, such as, but not limited to, keeping the card in a secure location out of the view of third parties, not writing down card details on paper, or sending them via email. Argo Solutions adheres to secure development best practices and adheres to PCI-SSC recommendations regarding the security of credit card holder data. However, if you do not take the necessary precautions, the system’s security features alone may not be sufficient. If you have questions about transactions, always consult your credit card issuer.

(V) Specific Information on Mobile Device Location Data Collection

To offer the expense tracking service based on travel, we collect geolocation information from our users’ devices through our app upon prior request. Geolocation collection is activated only when the user presses the button in the app that initiates tracking, and can be stopped instantly by pressing the same button if the user so wishes. Background tracking also only begins after this button is activated.

Argo Solutions respects your privacy. Any information you provide to us will be kept in its entirety, treated with the utmost care and security, and used only in accordance with the limits established in this document and applicable Brazilian legislation. Please be aware that we may exchange

Share information about you with reputable reference sources, regulatory agencies, research services, and business partners. Argo Solutions and its licensees’ customer service channels are at your disposal.

As already explained, you also play an important role in protecting your privacy. We strongly recommend that you do not disclose your password to anyone, whether by phone, email, or any other means, and that you do not allow anyone to access or use the systems offered by Argo Solutions on your behalf. Argo Solutions is not responsible for damages caused by failure to comply with these recommendations. Be careful when downloading free programs, as they often come with various programs that can not only affect the privacy of your information but also change your computer’s security settings. Ideally, always use a technician, preferably hired by your company, when downloading and installing programs, or even to configure your device and its antivirus and firewall protection systems. Always follow your company’s information security recommendations and policies.

All collected data will be deleted from our servers upon your request, unless there is another reason for its retention, such as a legal obligation to retain data or the need to preserve it to protect Argo Solutions’ rights. To change your personal information or even delete it from our database, simply send an email to encarregado@useargo.com with your request.

You can also choose to no longer receive any emails from Argo Solutions. In every email we send, there is always an unsubscribe link available in the last lines. Clicking this link will automatically unsubscribe you from the list. However, it is important to note that filling out any form again will result in your email being re-added to the list. Therefore, you must submit a new unsubscribe request if you wish.

Our Platforms contain links to other websites, whose privacy policies are not the responsibility of Argo Solutions. There is no connection between the aforementioned website and Argo Solutions, nor does Argo Solutions endorse or accept the content or use of that website.
